Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. Each year at Christmas, we gather for a special family dinner that has become a cherished tradition. This time, when we arrived, we noticed that our friend Marvelous wasn’t working. After texting her, Marvelous made the incredible gesture of driving 45 minutes just to join us and celebrate together. There are many places we could eat, but none offer the experience we share here—it’s not just about the good food, but the meaningful relationships that make it unforgettable.

Too write a review every time I go there seems redundant but it just seems to be better every time I do! Christi my server is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. There is nothing she can’t tell you about the menu and Michael the manager is just so sweet. Dibril the bartender is super great. I love going here as I know I will have a great time, great food and service. Thanks for another great evening!!

Amazing food and outstanding service. Staff were very friendly and professional and provided great recommendations. Red snapper crudo and gnocchi were excellent! Drinks were great as well. Had an old fashioned and house made eggnog. Atmosphere was enjoyable and noise level was minimal so was easy to hold conversation. Definitely a place to check out if you haven’t been!!
