- EEvieLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSending gratitude and well wishes to and for all the staff that worked so hard on this evening to make our wishes come true. Each of you that we interacted with made this an evening to remember and I hope you know how much your kind gestures, big and small were and are appreciated. -Including allowing us to stand in the way between staff and bar without so much as a grimace or hint of annoyance though it was not lost on me, how frustrating it must have been maneuvering martinis between us on such a busy evening! Thank you and Merry Christmas- may all of your guests be kind and big tippers this holiday and may all your wishes come true!More infoSundance The SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Palo Alto•4.8

- EErnestoCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoOverall, we had an excellent experience and the waiter was very attentive. However, my wife and I asked if the dinner salad was enough to share and the waiter stated it was ‘very small’, gesturing with his hands. So we ordered two salads and when they arrived, they were too big so we asked the young lady to take one back. She asked, with an astonished look on her face, ‘Are you sending the salad back’? I explained what had transpired and she gave a look like she was being inconvenienced. I asked her for a small plate so I could share my wife’s salad. It never came. When I went to inquire, I found her at hostess station chatting away with the hostess and one other employee, and when I interrupted and asked where the additional plate was, she responded that someone would bring it soon. She turned to her two colleagues with a smirk on her face as if she was annoyed by my request. Of course, the proper response to my request to take back one salad, after explaining we were told they were very small, would have been; ‘Of course, no problem’. I’m sure once she is properly trained, she will realize her inappropriate approach to excellent customer service. And we are very happy with all of our experiences at Ladera and look forward to our next visit. Our waiter was Alfredo and our ticket # is 40038. Thank you for your consideration.More infoLadera Grill - Morgan HillPrice: Expensive• Steak• Morgan Hill•4.6
