The Squire is best known for their Surf & Turf Board- 32oz (CAB) Porterhouse Steak, 2 (6oz) Cold Water Lobster Tails, Pan Seared Dry Diver Scallops & Jumbo Shrimp accompanied with your choice of sides. Welcome to The Black Swan. Inspired by the pubs I fell in love with on my various travels, this re-interpretation of the neighborhood Public House represents an eclectic and updated take on the traditional pub. The Black Swan explores, embraces and combines various cultural influences to appeal to different tastes, offering unique and innovative dishes like Indian-inspired curries and pastas alongside more classic dishes like Shepherd’s Pie and Fish and Chips.
