- MMaureenLos Angeles •3 reviews4.0Dined todayFood was great, drinks good but bit pricey. Everyone is very friendly. However, would recommend that the hostess or anyone at front desk at very least acknowledge the customer standing in front of them before they walk away. It was at least 10 mins after being seated that anyone came to our table and asked if we wanted water or drinks. Then 15 mins before drinks came. (Need more help at the bar). Had to go find server for the check. Short staffed? Maybe. But that reason is getting old. Our server however was very friendly. We will come back, most likely eat in bar.More infoTavern at the MissionPrice: Expensive• American• San Juan Capistrano•4.7
- BBernadetteSan Diego •27 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI met a friend for happy hour. 3 pm but we were given a brunch menu? Not really what we had in mind but we both picked the steak salad. It was really tasty and well done steak. The waitress must have been busy because we didn’t see her at all until we finished. No refills of water. It was a bit pricey for 2 salads and a three glass wine tasting for one and an ice tea for the other. $90More infoRancho Capistrano Winery - San Juan CapistranoPrice: Moderate• American• San Juan Capistrano•4.8
- KkathleenVIPCalifornia Central Coast •17 reviews5.0Dined 3 days ago6 oh my girlfriend‘s and had lunch at Ciao Pasta yesterday before going to the Capistrano Nights at the Mission. We selected this restaurant because we had gone last year and everything about it was outstanding. They seated on the patio immediately although we were early for our reservation. Every member of the weight staff greeted us provided a friendly atmosphere made sure we were all comfortable and felt welcomed. We had a lasagna, spaghetti and a salmon salad. The bread is amazing melts in your mouth and truly delicious. I was in Italy recently and I can tell you this experience at Ciao Pasta was as authentic, delicious and truly satisfying as if we were dining on a Piazza anywhere in Italy. Bravo, Ciao Pasta, we will return soon.More infoCiao PastaPrice: Moderate• Italian• San Juan Capistrano•4.8

If you think you don't like vegetables, you have to come try Mayfield - it is amazing what they can do with carrots or cabbage or sweet potatoes! And their fried chicken is the best!More infoMayfield- San Juan CapistranoPrice: Expensive• Californian• San Juan Capistrano•4.8
