Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Senoia

Booked a reservation at LAS with only 15 minutes to spare and the only option available was a high top. Upon arriving to the hostess stand, I asked if a standard table was available as I was with my 8 year old daughter and both hosts accommodated me immediately. We sat in the main dining room at the back and our server Mark was incredibly attentive and kind. He let me know of the specials, the items not listed on the menu like onion rings & the charred broccoli. Everything was tasty as usual. This is my husband and I’s favorite steakhouse so to bring our daughter after Alvin Ailey’s show was really full circle. I always order the wet aged ribeye, opted for the onion rings instead of the fries, lobster Mac and cheese because duh & the charred broccoli. The broccoli was probably my favorite thing AFTER the cheesecake of the day. Yes, dessert is always to be had on a day like today. Thanks everyone for the accommodations tonight with such short, short notice.

Had the valentine prix fixe menu - was excellent and the wine pairings were well matched. The salad starter had pink lettuce, the scallops had pomegrantes in the sauce, and the black forest cake was heart shaped with cherries, emphasizing the Valentine theme. The noise level was reasonable - could talk and hear without raising our voices but we could hear other tables.

I accidentally made the reservation for Monday at 7 pm instead of Saturday which I didn't realize until they couldn't find my reservation. The host was so very kind about my error and thankfully was able to find us a table at 615 on a Saturday night. Our server, food and atmosphere was amazing. Would highly recommend you make plans to have dinner at Hal's, as I said fantastic service the whole way around. The Filet was amazing as well as the escargot, fettucine alfredo with the ending of a delicious cheesecake, no matter what we had it was terrific.

Did the Vday PreFix menu. It was good and tasty, the only slight disappointment was dessert, none of us were wowed and that was a missed opportunity to cap off a great experience. Service by Fatima was EXCELLENT!! Host staff and manager were all great.

It was our ten year anniversary so after ordering oysters (delicious!) and cocktails, we decided to order broiled lobster, which since they hadn’t updated the menu-they were not serving it. Okay, so we decided to go somewhere else. After explaining this to our amazing Server, O.D. He spoke to the Chef, Eddie. Eddie visited our table, apologized that the lobster was not available to be served the way we like, but he said that he would accommodate us and prepare it especially for us since it was our anniversary. He also served us a few complimentary dishes and a glass of champagne, too! The food was absolutely amazing, and we gave a generous tip to O.D in appreciation for going above and beyond. Chef’s kiss to Eddie and we will be returning.
