Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Smithtown

While a bit of a higher priced dinning experience (expect to spend $80+ per person), never a bad experience, food is always stellar and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Food and service were outstanding. Staff were very courteous and efficient in providing service throughout our meal. Every dish was beautifully prepared and presented. Our group loved the skirt steak and salmon entrees. A great place for a special meal!

Insignia is by far my favorite restaurant! Tonight we dined with my in-laws. They complicate every dining experience. Our waiter Anthony was kind and patient with them. He was attentive to their requests and needs and made for an amazing experience. They enjoyed themselves as did I. The food was excellent like usual. Wine and cocktails wet the pallet. We started with the calamari which has a delicious miso lime vinaigrette- sooo delicious. In addition, we had the applewood smoked bacon. That was a lovely experience watching it be torched tableside. Our appetizers were comprised of wedge salads, Caesar salad, and tomato and mozzarella. Filet mignon was cooked to my desired temperature, while the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and mac and cheese added to the richness of our plates. Let us not forget the cheesecake and donuts!! Cappuccino and hot tea to end a deliciously perfect meal! Thank you Anthony for a quality experience!! I’ll be back with friends!!

Food was good, as usual. Service is always good. My only complaint is that they bring out the side dishes before you start having the meat. By the time you start on the meat, the sides are cold. Also, the soda every time we have eaten here is flat. They need to check their soda machine.

We truly enjoyed the breakfast with Santa that was hosted here, our families had such a great time and it's definitely a tradition we will want to do again next year. It was a perfect amount of food, a great atmosphere and Santa was interactive and such a great treat for our kids.
