Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in St. Clair

In this era of losing formal dining of this caliber, the River Crab is a valuable quality place to go. The manager was constantly moving around and monitoring the restaurant to keep things running smoothly. Great job!!! We wish there were like this.

My husband and I have dined here in the past and have always enjoyed it. We’ve enjoyed the lobster bisque, oysters, and various entrees like the salmon dishes several times but this is the first time that we’ve been here for Thanksgiving dinner. This was kind of a last minute reservation so all that was available for our party of 6 was high top seating. I’d never sat in that section so I wasn’t sure how comfortable it would be but there was no reason to have had any worries. It was quite comfortable. Some of us opted for the plated Thanksgiving dinner. I’ll admit I’m not a big fan of turkey but I ordered it anyway. It was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was juicy and flavorful and came with tasty traditional sides. Last year we went to a restaurant that’s considered very upscale and cost twice as much but this was much better. The service was great. I didn’t get our waiter’s name since I missed it and didn’t see it on the bill otherwise I’d call him out for being personable and attentive. When our plates were presented, additional wait staff helped our waiter so that all plates were presented at once. I highly recommend DFH for an evening out or for a special occasion and will consider returning next Thanksgiving.

The food and the servers were all excellant. Top quality food and the choices. The servers were the best and made my Thanksgiving so meaningful and pleasant.

I met with an old friend at Da Francesco today, and it was perfect reunion. We had excellent service, delicious food and enjoyed a beautiful holiday ambience
