- KKristenCincinnati / Dayton •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOnce again had the most fabulous experience at Oku. We have celebrated all our big events here, engagement, anniversaries and now my husbands 30th birthday where they went above and beyond making our experience out of this world. I’m so thankful for all the memories we’ve shared here, which is why we come back from Ohio every single year to enjoy their amazing hospitality and food. Thank you to Trey and all of the amazing team!More infoO-Ku - CharlottePrice: Moderate• Japanese• Southend•4.7

- CCaitlinVIPCharlotte •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHad a wonderful dinner at Sea Grill Restaurant to celebrate my dad’s birthday! The ambiance was beautiful - very classy and elegant! They really amped up the “ocean” vibes throughout the restaurant. They have an upstairs and a downstairs. We were seated downstairs near the bar, but the noise level was perfect for our party of 6. Upstairs it was much more lively, but still very nice. The service was top notch. They knew we were celebrating a birthday, and our initial interaction with our waitress was when she brought complimentary champagne to the table and a birthday card (so nice!). Cassandra was very attentive throughout the meal and made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, the food was very good! Of the appetizers we ordered, our favorites were the crab croquettes and grilled octopus. The baked oysters were take it or leave it for us - the oysters were almost nonexistent. For the main courses, we did the beef Wellington (great!), salt-baked branzino for two (so good!), and the lamb chops (stellar!), along with asparagus, seasonal vegetables, and parsley risotto. My dad received a complimentary tiramisu for his dessert (not a fan). We also ordered the crème brûlée (pretty good), pear carpaccio (not bad), and the velvet passion (our favorite!). The center has valet parking or you can self-park. Also, special shoutout to Raven - she also was a memorable part of our experience! We had a great experience and we look forward to returning!More infoSea Grill Restaurant and BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Charlotte•4.7
- JJimmySouth Carolina •5 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoStaff was great. Truly great. The rooms are a little loud when multiple tables are set. The outside area looked very nice. The appetizers and salads were extremely good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the burger with fries. The shrimp and grits were OK at best. We only ate half of the burgers. The fries were on point.More infoThe Goodyear HousePrice: Moderate• Regional American (Southern)• NODA•4.6

Today did not disappoint. Our server Kim was outstanding as were our Cobb and shrimp strawberry salads. Half price bottle of wine on Mondays are also great!More infoFirebirds Wood Fired Grill - Charlotte - NorthlakePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Charlotte•4.6
