I inadvertently left our theater tickets on the table when we left and our server—I believe his name was Denny—chased us half a block to give them to me. Another great New York story!More infoThe Smith- Lincoln SquarePrice: Moderate• American• Lincoln Square•4.6
- NNeilNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe recently celebrated Taylor’s birthday at The Capital Grille in Paramus, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured the evening was special. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. Our meal began with the Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, a delightful starter that was both flavorful and perfectly cooked. For the main course, we indulged in the dry-aged steaks, which were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese side dish was rich and creamy, complementing our entrees wonderfully. To accompany our meal, we selected a bottle from their extensive wine list, which features over 350 selections. The sommelier’s recommendation was spot-on, enhancing the flavors of our dishes. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that Taylor’s birthday was memorable, even surprising us with a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion. Overall, The Capital Grille in Paramus exceeded our expectations, providing a dining experience that was both luxurious and inviting. We look forward to returning for future celebrations.More infoThe Capital Grille - ParamusPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Paramus•4.8

I usually dine here for dinner so the lunch menu was new to me although we did start with the Greek salad and saganaki, which are staple go to apps. Both were prepared very well and consistent with past visits. I tried the fish and chips for the first time and while it was good, I thought the price was a bit steep for just one moderate size piece of fried sea bass. The platter was filled mostly with a basket of fries and accompaniments like shredded lettuce, a sliced tomato and asparagus. For the price I would stick with their simply grilled fish options, which is what I usually order for dinner. We tried the almond cake for dessert which was tasty and a nice finish to our meal.More infoVarka FishhousePrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Ramsey•4.8
- JJoshuaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 15, 2025Biagio’s has become our go-to spot for romantic dinners, and for good reason. My wife and I had our wedding reception at The Terrace last year, and every time we dine here, it takes us right back to that unforgettable night. The food, the atmosphere—everything is just as amazing as we remember. 10/10, highly recommend!More infoBiagio'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Paramus•4.6
