Here, we believe all the best things happen in the morning: sunrises, coffee drinks, small breakfast burritos tucked in large breakfast burritos and walks of shame. Born out of Carrie Baird and Michael Fox’s true love for classic American breakfast served with lighthearted twists and an equal passion of all things boozy-brunch-drinks, Fox & The Hen is your new LoHi all-day breakfast concept. Our focus is bringing friends and family together, incredibly delicious (and fun!) food, creative beverages and having everyone who leaves the Fox & the Hen feel their day is better than when they came in.We do not seat incomplete parties, sorry.
Señor Bear is a Latin American-inspired kitchen and bar in the LoHi neighborhood of Denver. We strive to marry the culinary traditions of Latin America with refined, modernized cooking techniques. Our bar program showcases classic Latin spirits, including rum, pisco, tequila, mezcal and cachaça.
The Family Jones Spirit House is a distillery and tasting room featuring crafted spirits and bites. It emphasizes the relationship between distiller, chef, bartender and guest, with a focus on hospitality that makes it a gathering place where all feel at home. Nestled in the space at 3245 Osage St., The Family Jones Distillery occupies the former Mancinellis Market building two doors from Root Down. Designed and built by tres birds workshop, the space pairs industrial elements with rich wood details. The roof was lifted to add a second-floor mezzanine where distillery operations are now perched above a sunken, curvilinear, concrete bar. Guests enter the space through a large, square, wooden door made from reclaimed, on-site materials. Inside, they are met with low-slung seating, deep blue booths and soft lighting. Two-story wooden louvers flank the Osage Street glass facade, offering passive temperature and lighting control, while drawing attention to the well-lit copper still.

Kokopelli Beer Company is the first solely woman owned and operated brewpub in the state of Colorado. Located in the Solaire Shoppes at 8931 Harlan Street in Westminster Colorado, we are across from the future Downtown Westminster development at Highway 36 & Sheridan. We enjoy brewing quality and consistent handcrafted ales, and are proud to offer 30 unique taps, including at least 27 of our own, in-house made craft beers covering the style spectrum, as well as a few guest taps of ciders and sour beer. Our craft beer selections are complemented by select Colorado wines and spirits. We will happily satisfy your hunger with great appetizers, hand-tossed pizza, artisan sandwiches and salads, and finish off the meal with desserts you would never expect from a brewpub. Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more. In its prime, Steuben’s was the center of the Boston dining and nightlife scene.
