Check in host was rude, no smile or even an apology for the wait. Just said it’s 15 minutes wait which turned into an hour and 30mins. I understand it was a lot going on but being rude when a guest is checking in and not acknowledging us standing in front of hostess stand was ridiculous. She even took the over the phone orders rudely.. Manager switched host with another staff member before we were seated and everything began to run smoothly. As well as him coming out to move the reservations along that was greatly appreciated along with the rose.
