A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Lots of different meat varieties to bbq but all meat was chewy and tough. All these years Desert station is never replenished from 20:45 onwards and item always run out before I get to it. I always miss out on egg tarts. However, there are lots of varieties of delicious food to choose from. The mushroom sauce ran out at the beginning and was never refilled for my steaks. Overall, great place for special occasions and events to suit a wide variety of tastebuds. Adding pizzas and pasta would also be ideal even though it’s an Asian buffet.

I had the best afternoon, I booked outside even though it was hot, we were placed under the shade (even offered inside). The wait staff were incredible, very quick at taking our orders and bringing them out. Can’t wait to go back.
