At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more. Everything was excellent - from the fried green tomato appetizer, to the salmon and burgers. And, the lemon meringue pie was to die for. The service was great as well.

We have lived in Colorado for 20 years and I have never had as good a meal and service as we did at The Carlin. Braised Short ribs were amazing! Shrimp scampi delicious! I'll be going back as this is my new go-to for great dinner and Golden Hour!
