We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday at the Melting Pot last night and we had a wonderful experience. Leanna B was very attentive and explained all of the food and the best techniques to cook it. It was very helpful and worked well. We hadn’t had the extra attention to detail during our prior visits. I was impressed that the Melting Pot made a special birthday card for John and decorated a beautiful plate that said “Happy Birthday” with whipped cream, sprinkles, and rice crispy treat with a lit candle. 🔥 It was a very nice touch that was a surprise. We really appreciated and enjoyed everything. Leanna was not only a great server she was a very pleasant conversationalist and she smiled the entire time. It was really nice. Thank You!

We LOVED our server - a blonde, super sweet woman from Russian (we unfortunately didn't get her name). The food was "meh" and there's much better places if you go further in land a bit. The kitchen was incredibly loud. I've worked in food service before so I know who kitchens can be but ooof I've never heard one that rowdy before. Wouldn't go again, but we've lived here for years and have always wanted to know what it was like.

Great get away place to relax dine and enjoy music in an elegant atmosphere with lots of food specialties and spirits. Wonderful views and very welcoming customer service. Price was just right.
