- DDanVIPSan Diego •17 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoEcho and Rig is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is upscale yet unpretentious, creating a warm and inviting vibe. Adrian, our bartender, made the night even more memorable. He was not only incredibly skilled with his cocktails but also had a great sense of humor and was so attentive to our needs. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and each one was crafted perfectly. The food was outstanding — each dish was fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The entire meal felt like a celebration, thanks to Adrian’s excellent service and the amazing food. If you’re looking for a place with great drinks, delicious food, and a stellar experience, Echo and Rig is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!More infoEcho & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher ShopPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Tivoli Village•4.7
