Delicious, great service, everything I had was unique.

My wife and I went with her family—her parents, sister, and her sister’s boyfriend—for Valentine’s Day, and we had a fantastic experience! Our server, Maria from Venezuela, was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive, providing excellent service. The restaurant had a beautiful setup with rose petals on the tables and candlelight, creating a romantic atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the live music catered to all audiences, adding to the ambiance. A great bonus was the decorative rose wall, perfect for capturing memorable photos—an excellent touch for those who love taking pictures. Overall, it was a wonderful evening!

The food was great if a little seafood heavy. I didn’t realize beforehand that is was a seafood restaurant. I had the avocado corn pizza and it was so good. My daughter had the chicken sandwich. She enjoyed very much. Service was professional and responsive.

A complete competitor to Yolan in Nashville, supposedly a James Beard Award winner! Mimo is just as good if not better! The design and style are impeccable and all seating options are so comfortable! The food is amazing and the drinks, wine selection, and service are awesome! My suggestion with the salmon entrée is to give the option of the amount of cream sauce to the customer! A rumor is that management is considering changing the main philosophy of Mimo to southern food instead of authentic Italian, my advice is, DON’T!

Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Our server was excellent and suggested a couple of items off the menu. I had the Carne Asada tacos and the Shrimp tacos with corn tortillas, absolutely delicious! Food was fresh and flavorful. On the value side it was a little more than your average Mexican restaurant, but it’s Downtown Nashville so that was to be expected. Blanco’s service, food and atmosphere make it worth the extra cost!
