As always, the food was really good! I’ve never been disappointed with anything on their menu. Their entire staff is truly amazing!

It was our first time there. We were in the area trying to buy a sectional for my wife. We have been separated since the end of December and I never, in 5 years of marriage, took my wife to a restaurant of this caliber. Although it was pricier than I’m used to it was worth treating my wife to your fine establishment. The food was above expectations and the service was superb. We recently celebrated Taylor’s birthday at The Capital Grille in Paramus, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured the evening was special. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. Our meal began with the Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, a delightful starter that was both flavorful and perfectly cooked. For the main course, we indulged in the dry-aged steaks, which were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese side dish was rich and creamy, complementing our entrees wonderfully. To accompany our meal, we selected a bottle from their extensive wine list, which features over 350 selections. The sommelier’s recommendation was spot-on, enhancing the flavors of our dishes. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that Taylor’s birthday was memorable, even surprising us with a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion. Overall, The Capital Grille in Paramus exceeded our expectations, providing a dining experience that was both luxurious and inviting. We look forward to returning for future celebrations.

On this visit, a Tuesday, I enjoyed the half-price oyster offer with a full dozen. That was followed by the lamb shank. I requested a different accompaniment—pappardelle instead of orzo—and this was done, no problem. Delicious! As always, the experience was enjoyable. I went early in the evening to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you’re there late on Thursday through Saturday, you’re in for some raucous partying. So choose accordingly.
