- JJohnVIPGreater Boston •21 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was outstanding and the service terrific. Enjoyed mushrooms, meatballs and cauliflower as appetizers. All were plentiful and delicious. Entrees were outstanding - scampi, short ribs and chicken piccata. Shared cannolis, banana pudding and biscotti for dessert. All were scrumptious. I would highly recommend Novara to others.More infoNovaraPrice: Expensive• Italian• Milton•4.8
- JjosephVIPGreater Boston •30 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExceptionally lovely experience for a date night. Attentive and deeply knowledgable service, excellent fresh ingredients, prepared thoughtfully, carefully, creatively, and most importantly with a balance of flavors. We will definitely be back!More infoAlma NovePrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Hingham•4.8
- BBeverlyGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was very good. The ambiance was lovely, quite festive! We wished that we were offered a glass of wine, since drinking a whole bottle would not have been wise since we drove from the Cape.It also would have made the $50 prix fix a little more of a value. I guessed, upon reflection, we could have gotten one from the bar but it wasn't offered? Our visit was slightly tainted because service was a lacking. I said things a couple of times but the server did not take the tIme to understand what I was trying to convey. For example: I asked for greek salad, but he was off and gone before I could ask for dressing on the side. Also, some oil had spilled and I asked if he could wipe it up before setting down dessert but he turned and took the dessert away!?? We did feel rushed, so that took away from the pleasantly if the visit.More infoThe Venetian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Hingham•4.4
- CChristineGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe go to lunch every Christmas Eve Day on our way to the hotel, and that is the start of our 3 day get-a-way to enjoy the family festivities. Everything is always perfect from the time we walk in the door! The greetings, ambience, food, and the "Have A Merry Christmas!"when we are leaving, are just a reminder of why we go there. We will be back again next year.More infoGranite LinksPrice: Expensive• American• Quincy•4.7
- PPamelaWashington, D.C. Area •58 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 23, 2024Lively spot in Southie, with multiple sports screens, good beer, and yummy bites for brunch or lunch (maybe dinner too but we were there at noontime). My southern egg and maple sausage sandwich was a vast improvement over fast-food versions. My husband loved the short rib eggs Benedict. Both dishes were reasonably sized portions. We visited on a Saturday when it was busy and were glad we made a reservation!More infoThe PlaywrightPrice: Expensive• American• South Boston•4.8
