Best Lunch Restaurants in Leixlip

Had deep fried brie to start and then could only manage to eat one of two pieces of fish from the battered fish and chips main so the portion sizes may be a little over generous! A good complaint I know. Staff were lovely, place was full, lots of twinkly Xmas lights and garlands with old timey (Dean martin etc) Xmas songs played low

The lunch menu was very limited. The only proper meals on offer were chicken burger or fish & chips. The rest of the menu was made up avo eggs, granola, soup, salad and sandwiches. A bit disappointing as this was a Christmas lunch meet. We had the fish & chips, the hake had a lovely light tempura batter which was delicious, chips were tasty but the tartar sauce was a bit light on the capers which made it creamy rather than tangy. It really needed a side as the portion was small. We had the sticky toffee pudding and cheese plate. Sticky toffee was a little dry but had good flavour but there was no toffee sauce!! Service was good

We had a fabulous evening the only comment I would make is that it was very quiet with only a few tables taken but I understand the accommodation on site was booked out by a large group who were having dinner in a separate room - but the overall experience could not have been more perfect Thank you for a lovely evening !

We had a beautiful family event at the Clubhouse. The staff were exceptional. Food was great. A very enjoyable evening.
