Le BRIO (qui signifie « animé » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant « décontracté et raffiné » servant une authentique cuisine italienne du nord. L'appellation « gril toscan » décrit à merveille un menu qui se compose de steaks rôtis au four, de côtelettes et de fruits de mer, semblable à ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique « ristorante » de la Toscane. L'établissement est situé à distance de marche du Cincinnati Reds Great American Balllpark et à quelques minutes en voiture de la US Bank Area. La devise du BRIO est « bien manger, c'est bien vivre », raison pour laquelle ce restaurant n'utilise que les ingrédients les plus frais.
