The same menu options are available on both floors. There is no lift upstairs. Re Tasting Menu Timings: At lunch you must book before 1.45pm, and at dinner before 8.45pm.     Visited Gaucho Richmond on Thursday 9th Jan @ 1pm. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a relaxing lunch. A few customers dotted around the restaurant which gave it a cosy feel. Music was at the right level and the choice of music was perfect. Staff very professional, efficient and attentive. Food amazing and a good size for a 2 x course lunch. Felt very fresh and tasty. Overall highly recommend. Planning to bring my family back in May to celebrate my sons 21st birthday, Thank you for a lovely lunch.

    Another outstanding tasting menu at lunch time. My table of three was delighted with every delicious course, served by charming staff in a very light and comfortable restaurant with beautiful decor. It could not be faulted. Very much equivalent to a two star restaurant but bizarrely TFT does not appear on the list at all - seems strange with all the plaudits that this French restaurant receives.
