Sushi Sei new Menu will focus on fresh seafood including Japanese classic sushi and other seasonal ingredients. The concept of Sushi Sei revolves around providing a casual and enjoyable experience at the sushi counter. Guests have the opportunity to savor sushi while engaging in conversation with skilled sushi chefs. They can relish their preferred sushi toppings to their satisfaction and, for those unfamiliar with the menu, the traditional Omakase option is available as well.

We are reopening 25 February 2025 with our new students. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
