Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. Good service and nice food. We try Nagasaki seafood udon, pork gyoza and eggplan with sweet miso and all of them taste good. Definitely will be back 🙂.
