General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). My friend and I liked it. We were there on Christmas Eve for lunch. Not too crowded, when leaving we were the only people in our section. Food was good, not outstanding, but good. Spectacular view, great ambiance. Service was very slow, maybe because of Christmas, but polite and pleasant. Would definitely come back.
