Le concept du Rizzoni's Ristorante Italiano est devenu une réalité grâce à l'inspiration de deux familles particulières qui lui ont fourni des générations de recettes et de techniques secrètes. Le long de la côte sud à Naples, la famille Rizzo lui a indiqué plusieurs plats traditionnels, dont de nombreux servis à ses familles aujourd'hui. Les saveurs audacieuses, les herbes fraîches et les fruits de mer en provenance directe des quais sont des incontournables dans la maison Rizzo. Dans le Nord de l'Italie, il a eu la chance de rencontrer la famille Pisoni, passionnée par son bétail et ses volailles, dont le bifteck de faux-filet, le veau, le poulet fermier et le filet mignon tendre étaient des plus exquis.
