Best Lunch Restaurants in Union City

Nice place for lunch; good food, great service. The harbor is now not being used (since Covid) which I’m sure hurt the restaurant but it survives and is still a nice place to eat.

My second time dining here. Overall great experience for our Anniversary dinner. The service was great, food was great (highly recommend the baked potato's as a side, atmosphere was gorgeous located right by the water overseeing nice boats and yachts. Props to the floor manager in which I believe his name was Cameron, (apologies if I got that wrong). Very nice gentleman, highly recommend anyone to try out this restaurant. If you're in for drinks, try the "Hurrica Cocktail." Great service given the Valentine’s Day madness, our server was busy but made sure we were ok when she could. Food was good as usual. I hated to see people being rude to the wait staff because some things were taking a little longer-unaware of what’s going on around them, I would like to see how these same folks react in the same position.

I really need to come here more often as it is a true gem in an otherwise less than stellar dining selection in Fremont. The food and the service are top notch. It is a small venue and so reservations are recommended. We dined for Valentine's dinner and between us we enjoyed the strawberry salad and lobster bisque soup, and a crab cake for starters, all of which were perfect. The steaks were tender and flavorful, cooked just right and I am rather particular so was quite impressed. Very nice wine selection, but I do wish they offered a cocktail menu. The topper for me was the chocolate raspberry cheescake. I normally prefer a very traditional and rich NY cheesecake, but this chocolate-infused variant was out of this world and I want to go back soon just so that I have enjoy that again. Il Porcino is a must to try in Fremont.

Food is unwavering in flavor and portions. Anytime of visitations preparation is consistent.
