You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. We are thrilled to have recommenced dining in, for breakfast & lunch, seven days a week from the 29th of October. The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-20 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 20+ people, please visit our webpage.
