All the meat on our menus is “nose to tail” so the menu is ever changing, and we waste nothing. We even employ our own head ranger to keep the deer herds on the land we manage under control, and have our own deer larder in the Cotswolds where this amazing product is processed.Our fish comes from day boats in Cornwall.We work with the seasons, ensuring the very best truly local veg is with us the day after its picked. Lovely pre- theatre meal. Prompt service and food was excellent. Pork belly and chicken with sides of hispi cabbage and green beans followed by treacle tart and cheeseboard. All excellent. On the pricey side but worth it!

Wonderful Sunday lunch today. Wish I had booked last night too. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were all very amenable and efficient. All of them were excellent which is a good sign. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.

We’ve been dining for 3 nights at the Holt hotel and every time it was delicious and the service 10 out 10, a bit expensive but everything is I guess these days. Highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel! 🥰
