My friends go there frequently, and I decided to tag along, and it was wonderful! The food was delicious and so beautifully prepared… We decided to share some appetizers of fig and arugula, pizza, mojo de ajo shrimp, and dates stuffed with goat cheese. They were all superb. We also each got a small salad. I had the fried goat cheese, which was amazing. I really enjoyed the coziness and warm feel of this place and will definitely be back!More infoHo-Ho-Kus Inn & TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Ho-Ho-Kus•4.5

- AAngelaAtlantic City / South Jersey Shore •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had a very nice dining experience! The food was delicious & they were very gracious about making tweaks. The breaded veal chop was offered parmigiana style but I requested it topped with sautéed mushrooms instead & it was delicious! We all shared the gnocchi with veal, butter& sage, also delicious & the gnocchi were nice & light! The salmon was flavorful & moist! The dessert gelato was nice & smooth & deeply flavored! Also we were celebrating a birthday & the icing on the cake was the fuss they made over the birthday girl with perfect music , a fantastic sparkler candle & the staff joining in to sing!! All in all, a cozy little place with nice atmosphere & friendly staff!More infoTredici SOCIALPrice: Moderate• Italian• Bronxville•4.6

The food is very well-prepared and delicious! The service was outstanding, being very attentive but not at all intrusive. The ambiance is elegant and quiet, so that we had no problem talking in a normal speaking volume. If I were to make any negative comment at all, it would be that one of our diners, who has an allergy to onions and peppers, had a very difficult time finding something to eat, since there were no accommodations for that issue, and almost all of their side dishes had onions in them. They could not make any side dish from scratch, so she only was able to have vegetables. They could not make the risotto, rice, potatoes - nothing without onions, which I found rather strange. Most restaurants are more than willing to accommodate changes for allergy issues. Also, no one liked the Ekmek dessert, but the Vesuvius was delicious! Otherwise, it was fantastic! Bear in mind that it is pricey, but worth it. It was over $100 per person with no alcohol.More infoOceanos RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Fairlawn•4.8
