Excellent food, friendly service and delicious cocktails. A must visit restaurant in Vancouver. Everything tastes so fresh and each dish was so unique. Salmon and sablefish were incredible

Wonderful service. Prompt and professional. The food was excellent and perfectly prepared as ordered. Our family of four were completely satiated and absolutely delighted by the surprise birthday dessert received. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Visiting Tojo feels like coming home. We've been dining there for over 27 years, and the staff always provide attentive yet unobtrusive service. While the prices are higher than other Japanese restaurants, every penny is worth it. We've never had a bad experience or meal. Tojo crafts each dish with heart, and if you've seen his documentary, you'll understand his philosophy and appreciate his food even more. I hope Tojo stays healthy and continues to create his extraordinary cuisine.

The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.

We love coming here and almost always have the lobster salad. The bread is also yummy. We shared the pumpkin soup, also delicious if not quite hot. The sparkling wine was fine, but it would be nice to have a choice, perhaps a good Prosecco. It is very French in menu and ambience, relaxing and fun even though it always seems so busy and noisy at lunch, especially at Christmas time. And we always feel well taken care of. Not sure how they do it, but here’s to coming back in 2025 for our special occasions.
