- KKeithDallas - Fort Worth •25 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoWe’d never dined here before but had heard very good things. We were not disappointed. The “Oden” stew sells out fast and it is very limited. If available, the Sautéed Hokkaido Scallops in Uni Sauce is exceptional. On the regular menu, all of the sushi/sashimi we had was very good and the Chicken Karaage was very good. Our waiter was attentive and knew their wines. The restaurant was quiet and easy to hear and be heard in. Ample valet parking in the rear.More infoTei Tei Robata BarPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Knox / Henderson•4.9
- YYolandaDallas - Fort Worth •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at Te Deseo in Dallas, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the perfect mood for a date night. The lighting was soft and intimate, with a modern yet cozy design that made the atmosphere feel both sophisticated and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was expertly prepared, with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The menu offered a variety of options, catering to all tastes, and each plate was beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed [parillada Argentina ], which was a standout in terms of flavor and creativity.More infoTe DeseoPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Downtown•4

- MMarkDallas - Fort Worth •53 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe eat here two to three times a year. Last night was probably the best food we’ve had in the last five years. The bottle of Moet was great. Opening the evening was a plate of four pastries (gougyure?) filled with salmon mousse and caviar. We followed with a Farmer’s Green Salad. My wife had catch of the day. Me? Fried quail. There was not a hiccup with any of these entrees - all were excellent. The desserts - chocolate mousse and an apple tart with ice cream The chef’s gift to the table was a pumpkin soup with coconut milk. I wished that they would make this a regular menu item. One slight flaw. The recipe for the famous Dean Fearing tortilla soup seems to have changed. All in all - an excellent evening. IF. If I could change one thing? Hire a carpenter. Put in a vestibule ahead of the outside entry door. it was cold outside last night, and the drafts that passed through the restaurant are quite cold. All in all - the $$ were well spent.More infoThe Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle CreekPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Turtle Creek / Oak Lawn•4.6
- VVicHouston •90 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoSat in the “gazebo” across from the main entrance. Absolutely lovely. Ambiance was great and food was really good. They store their wines in a cellar so the older wine that I selected had aged properly. Absolutely will be back the next time we are in town.More infoMercat BistroPrice: Moderate• Contemporary French• Uptown•4.5
