Aloha, we are open daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm, with our last seating available at 9:45pm. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman. Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. Brilliantly innovative Thai cooking on the world's favorite island! Chef Prakong brings her artisan's skills to Maui Thai Bistro, a contemporary (and kitsch-free) Thai restaurant in South Maui. Brilliant lunch fare includes exotic tomyum fried rice, kao mun gai (chicken rice w tangy sauce), kiawe-smoked ribeye fried rice, drunken rice noodles, a truly authentic padthai, and much much more.     Stumbled upon this on OT and it was meant to be! Perfect sunset view, great live music & delicious sushi. We went on a Wednesday for the sushi night. Servers were very attentive. the bread pudding was also amazing. must go!

    Monkeypod Kitchen was amazing. It surpassed my expectations, we had an amazing dinner. We ordered the seabass special and the ahi steak. Both were phenomenal. Mai tais and espresso martinis were delicious. Strawberry pie was to die for. We would definitely go back again. Also props to our amazing server, Ryan. He was attentive and gave great suggestions!

    You are seated with a small group with your own bartender who is tailoring your food/drink experience. Pretty special. The three plates equate to more than enough food for us for dinner. We were fed delicious beef w/ mushrooms, tender octopus, lovely seared ahi, kanpachi crudo, and delicious cocktails. The cilantro based cocktail served with the octopus was very memorable. Very highly recommend trying it out.
