- SsusanChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe restaurant is outstanding and beautiful. The food is outstanding. The service was a little slow at first, especially for a Monday night (but it was packed, on a Monday night!) And the line cook salting the crispy potatoes was waaaaay too heavy handed. I politely and not even remotely annoyed mentioned it to the server and they comped both the potatoes and one of our desserts, which was totally unnecessary and unexpected. We would come back again and again. In fact this is my second trip!More infoEma - GlenviewPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Glenview•4.7
- AAllanDenver / Colorado •5 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoUsually vey good food. The lentil soup, as always, was excellent, The lamb shank was a bit dry, as was the spectacular Kabul rice, which benefitted from the extra sauce I requested of two busboys who looked at me like I was crazy, but which the waiter, Jorge, graciously suppled. So, foodwise, a strong 4/ On the service side, twas a bit jumbled. The bus boy delivered our main courses before my lentil soup, A language problem was clear, since he understood nothing, and I had to talk to two busboys before I got Jorge;s attention, who removed our main courses and delivered the soup. The busboys also could not describe the characteristics of the two sauces we were served, again accomplished by the talented Jorge. My friend had the lamb Kabob which was excellent, at an ordered medium rare and superbly done. Last, Kabul's excellent Naan is no more, having been replaced by some other bread like dry thing. New management, apparently. A mixed experience. I will go back, loyal customer for many years.More infoKabul HousePrice: Moderate• Afghan• Evanston•4.7
- CCharVIPChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 3, 2025I've eaten here several times, and every time is a great experience. The menu has a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the servers are always great - engaging, fast, and kind. I love that the menu notes whether items are vegan, gluten-free, etc. And the food is delicious - both the entrees and the desserts!More infoBlind Faith CafePrice: Moderate• Vegetarian / Vegan• Evanston•4.8

The food was excellent—loved the Ruben egg rolls, which were incredibly tasty, and the Harrison Chicken sandwich was spot-on. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!More infoThe Geodesic Domes at Hackney's on HarmsPrice: Moderate• American• Skokie•4.7
