Best Organic Food Restaurants in South Plainfield

Loved this place!! The ambiance is fantastic and the food is even better. We wanted something nice for a birthday, but nothing over the top. This place was perfect. Also— get the pistachio gelato. Its amazing.

Might be my favorite Union County restaurant. Everything we order here is so good, but I always return to the pappardelle Bolognese and chicken Milanese (best I've ever had). Make sure to have the baklava sundae, you won't be disappointed. Very fairly priced and a BYOB, can't be beat!

My Wife and I had dinner at the Fisherman tonight. She ordered her favorite stuffed shrimp and I had the Friday special of Monkfish with rice and shrimp and clams. My dish was incredible it was absolutely delicious. I hope the Fisherman adds that dish to the regular menu. Also my Wife absolutely loved her Stuffed Shrimp and of course the dessert we selected really finished a great dinner. We highly recommend the Portuguese Fisherman when looking for a great night out.

I have dined at W&W many times and never have I been disappointed. Honestly I have tried to find a comparable restaurant in the area but so far I have not been successful. Enough said.

Food here was really good! We had a wide variety of menu items - the kids had chocolate chip pancakes and eggs Benedict; the hubby a grilled chicken club, and I had the fish and chips. The hubby was least impressed with his club sandwich (the chicken was too dry and the sandwich needed some sort of dressing), but the kids and I loved what we ordered. We also had a giant cookie with ice cream and chocolate mousse cake for dessert. The waitress was super efficient and friendly. The food and drinks were delivered quickly - we arrived at 5:40 and were out the door after dinner and dessert by 6:25 for our 7:00 show. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick but satisfying pre-show dinner.
