Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Brookhaven

Excellent we always love it. Everything is wonderful. Food. Service.and. Drinks. Mangers. Are a little. Stiff, need loosen up little . Otherwise. Everything is amazing

We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. The ambiance was natural and magically perfect! The food arrived fairly quickly, fresh and tasty. The staff are all friendly and we didn’t feel pressured to leave. The cafe is situated within a beautiful store setting which works great in my opinion. I purchased nice faux candles in the store section before leaving. I can honestly say we had a wonderful time walking around and looking at all the items and plantings they had available before leaving. Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely!!!

Dinner was delicious. The meatballs reminded me of meatballs that I had in Italy… All dishes we ordered were plentiful and there was enough to have again for a second meal. Only complaint I had was that our table was by the window and it was a bit chilly but we sucked it up and didn’t ask to be reseated elsewhere when tables started to open up. We will definitely return again. The pizza looked delicious too!!

Insignia is by far my favorite restaurant! Tonight we dined with my in-laws. They complicate every dining experience. Our waiter Anthony was kind and patient with them. He was attentive to their requests and needs and made for an amazing experience. They enjoyed themselves as did I. The food was excellent like usual. Wine and cocktails wet the pallet. We started with the calamari which has a delicious miso lime vinaigrette- sooo delicious. In addition, we had the applewood smoked bacon. That was a lovely experience watching it be torched tableside. Our appetizers were comprised of wedge salads, Caesar salad, and tomato and mozzarella. Filet mignon was cooked to my desired temperature, while the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and mac and cheese added to the richness of our plates. Let us not forget the cheesecake and donuts!! Cappuccino and hot tea to end a deliciously perfect meal! Thank you Anthony for a quality experience!! I’ll be back with friends!!

As always everything was fantastic. We called the restaurant because we were going to be late our show ran overtime. We were told no problem our reservation is still good. Yes, the noise level last night was very high, but there was so many large families there that came from the same show, plus it’s a family restaurant noise is expected, and so nice seeing families together for a holiday dinner. My only complaint, and it’s me being old, we sat by a window and the cold air was coming through the windows and wall. Like I said I’m old and very sensitive to the cold, I just put my coat on, had a glass of wine and enjoyed my delicious meal.
