Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Dorado

All of the meals were explained very nicely and the food was very unique. I would consider this modern experimental Puerto Rican cuisine at its finest. It was not noisy as some of the reviews today, but this was also a Monday night and we were inside.

The host stand was empty, they took around 10min to greet us. Our server was very slow and distracted flirting with another server. Food on the other hand was delicious and worth every penny.

Our meal was fantastic. We had the salmon w chickpeas and the lobster soup. Both were delicious. Our waiter was also very accommodating. My mom had a sore throat, so he brought her some chamomile tea with sliced lemons and a little jar of honey, and some cream. He was very attentive throughout the whole meal. Food came on time. It was hot. It was divine. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Could not have had a better meal here at the Fairmont.

Love the restaurant and the ambience. Always a fantastic meal.

Wow the rooftop setting is breathtaking, what a unique experience watching the full moon rise as we enjoyed our meal. Juan our waiter was attentive and friendly so we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Both the seafood fettuccine and salmon entrees were delicious. And again the rooftop is not to be missed for incredible views of Puerto Rico and the night sky!
