- TTrenaIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAn amazing experience indeed! Service was fantastic as the waitress provided the history of the restaurant and had suggestions for cocktails, appetizers and the main course. My husband had the 14 inch ribeye and I had the flight which included choice, prime, and wagyu cuts. Sides were crispy loaded baked potato and collard greens. It was the quickest open kitchen I have ever seen. We made sure to tell the manager on duty how much we enjoyed the experience. We will be going back for our Anniversary in May!More infoLe MooPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.6
- LLoriCentral Kentucky •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was delicious. Mussels and chilled shrimp were so fresh. Husband loved the salmon and literally ate every bite. I had the grouper cheeks with shrimp over risotto. The sauce was amazing and portion larger than expected. My old fashion was made perfectly, and Sam Adam's was available draft. The service really made the night. Waitress was prompt with everything, super friendly- you just know when someone is seasoned in their job. Her recommended dessert was ordered to go & we enjoyed it later that same evening while snug on the couch. Noise level raised a bit here and there but not at all bothersome, especially for a busy Saturday night. Ambiance works for a small group or romantic dinner for 2.More infoRiver House Restaurant & Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Louisville•4.7
- SStacyCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOur 1st experience at Seviche did not disappoint. Ben was our server and he gave us great recommendations. Everything we ordered was outstanding and Ben was very attentive without being overbearing. The tuna ceviche, bison empanadas, snapper and skirt steak were all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Tres Leches cake with browned butter macadamia nut ice cream was the perfect dessert/birthday treat. (Thank you Ben ! ). We look forward to a return visit.More infoSeviche A Latin Restaurant - HighlandsPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.8
- DDanCentral Kentucky •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy food was absolutely terrific. I was dining with my spouse and my mother-in-law. I had the filet (it was cooked exactly how I wanted), scallops, asparagus, and butter infused risotto. They gave a rose to my mother-in-law, and it made her night. Honest to God, it was the best food I've eaten this year. I loved it. Thank you for making our Valentines a great experience. We'll be back for sure.More infoPorciniPrice: Expensive• Italian• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.8
- SStephenSt. Louis •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoNo notes for improvement. Well, maybe one. My personal preference for a fine dining/upscale experience is extremely low lighting. I would turn the overheads completely off and use only the table lighting. I love a pre-set menu and the Valentine's Day selections from the Chef were outstanding. The (butter?) Old Fashioned is outstanding. My wife couldn't believe how good the salmon was and my New York strip was perfect as well Oddly, the potato roll kinda stole the show. So good. Typically I find a solid musician playing with a a backing track to be too mechanical. Like karaoke for a fiddle, but the musician did a fantastic job and music selections were really good.More infoHigh Stakes Rooftop GrillPrice: Expensive• American• West Louisville•4
