Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Oconomowoc

I cannot think of any better experience I’ve had at a restaurant in the Milwaukee Area. Exemplary and memorable service, great seafood, beautiful view overlooking the city and lake. My wife and I will definitely be returning soon. Harbor House is a must visit.

The steak sandwich was great .fries great bbq beans good baby potatoes good .bbg ribs and brisket were ok felt like they were smoked too long I brisket was shredded and burnt in a couple spots.waitress was awesome very attentive .went in the evening could be why is was smoky and burnt.definitely would go back for steak sandwich and try a couple other items

Saturday night so they were busy. Loud? Yes, but it’s a place to come with friends and family and celebrate. Food was excellent and so was the service.

Wow—how have I not been to Merchant sooner?! I’m actually mad at myself for missing out on this gem for so long. From the very first bite, I knew I was in for something special. We started with the deviled eggs, which were the perfect way to warm up for the main event—just enough to tease the taste buds without spoiling the appetite. But the real star? The shrimp cakes. Hands down, one of the best things I’ve eaten in Madison! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside—every bite was next-level delicious. On top of the phenomenal food, the atmosphere was just as impressive. The stylish decor and intimate vibe made for an amazing dinner date, elevating the entire experience. I’m officially hooked. I’ll be coming back again and again to work my way through the menu, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for incredible food in Madison. If you haven’t been to Merchant yet—go ASAP. You won’t regret it!

Where to begin? THIS IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN MILWAUKEE! One feels like they are in both the Historic Third Ward...and a European Cafe?! Vacation for a day?! This restaurant is so lovely and it is within the simply outstanding Kimpton Journeyman Hotel. The welcoming and talented staff is so incredibly gracious from being seated thru the dining experience (shout out to Marcell, Lily, Crystal, Alexis, Mariah and many others!). The food is delicious, ingredients carefully selected and bursting with flavor.....very exciting to dine here! If we visit in the morning hours, my daughter and I enjoy basically the best Cappuccino on the planet, fresh croissants, Cheese/Charcuterie board (divine!) and the heavenly Omelette(s)! Lunch continues to be fabulous as are the beautiful dinners. THANK YOU for this beautiful place, we will be back again and again! We highly recommend Tre Rivali and will be back!
