- WWendyVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe ordered the Miso Butterfish, Grilled Octopus, Ahi Avo (avocado), Eggplant, Pork Buns. The first four were out of this world! The pork buns were good too. Our server was really wonderful but I can’t remember her name :(. We ordered some regular Saimin and Malasadas to go. Couldn’t wait and ate two of the yummy malasadas on the way home. This is the best food we’ve had since we landed in Hawaii a week ago! Definitely need a reservation but the tables are spaced nicely and love the open air. They did a really nice job with the ambience!More infoStar NoodlePrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Lahaina•4.7
- DDavidGreater Boston •29 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur night started with the thoughtful valet, reminding me about my sunglasses as we were about to experience the beautiful sunset from the property. The side yard gives you great views of Kapalua Bay Beach and Moloka’i. The gentleman hosting was very thoughtful and remembered our reservation like it was his only one this evening. We were seated a side area table and treated to the wonderful sunset and sweeping views of Kapalua. The service was impeccable, with staff coming around to refill water glasses and checking on us. There was no feeling of being rushed which reminded us of dining from a time gone by. Our meals were delicious, with the Poke being created at our table. The Taro Humus was creamy and a table favorite. Our main course were equally well prepared and tasty. Overall, we found this dinner out to be the highlight of our dinner experience while on Maui. A truly spectacular dinner but an even more impressive staff. A special thank you to Miss M for taking care of us during our visit. - SSusziSan Diego •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoD.J. was OUTSTANDING in his Customer Service ‼️So accommodating and kind. Very knowledgeable about the menu and what is offered. We will be back because of his aloha spirit and sweet attitude towards us Tutu’s❣️Also, Shea is terrific too‼️ PLEASE go back to offering the Squash Ravioli the new one is not at all flavorful and doesn’t NOT compare and the Pot Stickers are okay but not as good as the ones before. The Deviled Eggs, New Shrimp 🍤 Appetizer, Fish n Chips, Lamb, etc…are wonderful! If you could make a Day After Pork Belly Ramen as you do at your other Merriman Restaurant that would be great‼️ Mahalo Nui Loa for an enjoyable mealtime and beautiful music 🎶. - JJanetVIPPortland / Oregon •23 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a wonderful dinner last night. Starting with cocktails that were excellent, crab cake appetizers and salads and main dishes were all great. Their Coconut curry was so good and big portions so I took the rest home for lunch. Everyone else had either Monchpng or Ahi and were all happy with what they ordered. The new general manager dropped by to introduce herself so that was a plus. We were too full for dessert but the offerings were great.More infoHaliimaile General StorePrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Makawao•4.7
