Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Prospect Park

We did the Valentines Day Northern Starlight Express. So much fun. Loved every minute of it.

We had a great experience on Valentine’s Day. From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated with great service. Our server Melia was very knowledgeable and helpful in the choices we made. She provided very personable service. Our food was very delicious. We both had the lamb shank. They provided us with a very nice knife for cutting our meat. This was not needed because the meat literally fell off the bone as soon as you touched it.

Beautiful space. Delicious food and drinks. Dont be fooled by bad cutlery! Despite struggling to cut my steak, it was a tender, melt in your mouth filet. Perfectly cooked. Waiter (Cole?) was very prompt and friendly. I appreciated him being present when needed but not overly hovering so we could talk on our rare date night out of the house. Appetizers and entree portions were appropriate for the price. Food and drinks came to the table quickly despite it being Valentine’s Day - I would usually expect slower times due to busier day. Reservations worked perfectly, walked in the door and brought immediately to our table. Had asked for a booth in our reservation if possible and we got seated in a booth. Hostesses were all very nice. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more pleasant experience. As a working mom who rarely gets to get out of the house for fun, or out on a date night - I couldn’t have been happier.

This is a great restaurant with a good variety to choose from. However, they do not have a Thai Chicken Salad.

The service was GREAT! The food was GREAT! It was really cold up there though so I would recommend some space heaters or something on the really cold winter nights. Overall, it was a really good experience!
