Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Solitude

Once again, excellent experience and fabulous dinner at Edge Steakhouse! From the scrumptious popovers,the amazing French onion soup, the sweet but saucy Brussels, the fried lobster appetizer, to the A5 wagyu and filet. Just spectacular! We look forward to this night each year when we come to Park City for President’s weekend. Such a special treat!

We had three dishes and two NA cocktails for Valentine’s Day. The seafood dishes which were mahi-mahi tostada, ceviche, and shrimp tacos were delicious. The sides were unseasoned, and the Barbacoa tacos were bland. Service was cheerful and friendly, but slow given that they were not that busy at 6 PM. The location means the higher prices than I would pay for this food normally. The Virgin Margarita was nice - not too sweet, but also not very interesting.

I have been to many restaurants in this world and this was in my top two best experiences. The hostess brought us to the seat shown in the photo without even asking for it. We went on Valentine’s Day and the restless busy and she went out of her way to make our special nigh even better. The server was excellent, the food was outstanding, the manger came over to say hello and talk to us. I want to thank everyone that sent above and beyond we had ax excellent experience.

Great food and service … we had the smoked trout appetizer, pear salad, trout dinner, scallop dinner and the brownie dessert were all excellent. Highly recommend

We (my husband and I), had a fabulous dining experience at the Blind Dog! Our server, "Jackson", was phenomenal! He was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions about the menu, as well as other general questions we had. He was attentive, professional, and fun! We had some appetizers and ordered a bottle of wine, and we both enjoyed our entrees! There is a wonderful variety of options on the menu. We love the story about the blind dog "Rigger" and the owners sound like amazing people. Very nice to have gluten free options. The Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was the BEST I have ever had and the after dinner specialty coffee drinks were a fantastic compliment. The vibe was lively and comfortable, neat decor, cool bar, nice sushi bar, plus it was clean. Can't say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
