- MMarniHong Kong Island •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt’s Christmas Day, they are short staffed & getting hammered but it was such a lovely afternoon. The staff were flustered yet apologetic but we didn’t mind, they were doing their very best. Food was great, my mocktail Sunnyside was delicious. The beers were cold, dishes were really interesting. We weren’t rushed at all in fact the restaurant called me the week before to move my booking so that we could enjoy more time there. Qudos to the staff holding it all together on a very busy dayMore infoMuMian DiningPrice: Expensive• Cantonese• Darling Quarter•4.2
- NNancyVIPNew Orleans / Louisiana •87 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had a great table for 2 at the front edge, with a clear view of the opera house and the people strolling the waterfront. The linguine with seafood was delicious, as was the burrata and the Italian beer. Tiramasu was tasty, but we wished we had shared because the portion was huge! On Christmas Eve, it was very busy, so service was a bit off, but all the servers were so pleasant that I can’t fault them.More infoPony Dining The RocksPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• The Rocks•4.6

- NNickySydney •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024I’ve had the pleasure of dining at the Royal Cricketers Arms numerous times, and the YFD (Your Funeral Director) Christmas Gathering was no exception to its charm. The historic venue always provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the festive touches added an extra special vibe to the event. However, during the Christmas season, it would be great to see table service offered, especially for group gatherings, as it enhances the experience and makes it feel more seamless. Additionally, expanding the menu to include more vegetarian and pescatarian options would be a thoughtful touch, accommodating a wider range of dietary preferences. On a brighter note, the fantastic news that cash payments are once again accepted was much appreciated! Overall, a lovely gathering, and I look forward to seeing the venue continue to grow and improve its offerings in the future. 🎄✨More infoRoyal Cricketers ArmsPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Seven Hills•4.3
- RRaySydney •3 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024Whilst our food was great as always, our dinner was tainted by noisy children that weren’t kept quiet by their parents to the point that we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Staff were totally oblivious to this until my wife told the staff to rein it in. She shouldn’t have had to do that as it should’ve been controlled earlier by the parents. Staff were slow to clear to the table. Also there shouldn’t be a paper sheet served under the Calzone as whilst slicing the calzone I was also slicing the paper which is ok if you’re a Koala, not so much if you’re a paying customer. Why not serve it on an oval porcelain plate instead of a wooden plater. All in all, a disappointing experience this time.More infoProduct Of Italy MinchinburyPrice: Moderate• Italian• Minchinbury•4.6
