Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Willoughby

We moved away from Sydney, so we were keen to try one of our favourite restaurants on this holiday. It did not disappoint and is still the high quality food, excellent service and fantastic location! Sashimi tacos, as always, were the standout dish!

It’s Christmas Day, they are short staffed & getting hammered but it was such a lovely afternoon. The staff were flustered yet apologetic but we didn’t mind, they were doing their very best. Food was great, my mocktail Sunnyside was delicious. The beers were cold, dishes were really interesting. We weren’t rushed at all in fact the restaurant called me the week before to move my booking so that we could enjoy more time there. Qudos to the staff holding it all together on a very busy day

We had a great table for 2 at the front edge, with a clear view of the opera house and the people strolling the waterfront. The linguine with seafood was delicious, as was the burrata and the Italian beer. Tiramasu was tasty, but we wished we had shared because the portion was huge! On Christmas Eve, it was very busy, so service was a bit off, but all the servers were so pleasant that I can’t fault them.

Consistently excellent hospitality - had the steak / asparagus with macadamia sauce - totally rocked.

As always the service and food excellent. Carol and Paul were very attentive and professional. We always have a wonderful experience at Garfish Crows Nest. Thank you to all the staff !!!!!
