Situé à l'est, l'Empire Steak House est un restaurant réparti sur deux étages, entouré de banquettes et doté d'un dôme peint à la main. La salle à manger principale peut accueillir plus de 140 convives et est l'endroit par excellence pour l'organisation de repas et de soirées. Même si l'Empire est applaudi pour ses célèbres T-bones vieillis à sec pour deux personnes, les autres plats qui composent son vaste menu sont tout aussi extraordinaires. Il comprend un large éventail de fruits de mer frais, notamment des homards de 1,8 à 2,2 kg.
