Le restaurant A16 doit son nom à l'autoroute reliant la Campanie aux Pouilles. Il propose un menu qui puise ses racines dans les traditions rustiques de ces régions italiennes méridionales hautes en couleurs. Le restaurant The Barrel Room Restaurant & Tavern propose un menu régional trimestriel changeant. Il sert plus de 50 vins au verre, organisés en dégustations éducatives. Sa liste de cocktails comprend des recettes d'inspiration régionale uniques. Le dîner et le souper correspondent à des plats de la région.
