Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Wayzata / Long Lake

The "small" portions are meant to be shared. We ordered 3 small portions for four people. The food was great. Atmosphere cozy, interesting, inviting. Service staff excellent, fun, efficient. Bathrooms clean. We were well cared for and welcomed. I was reminded of my Italian Aunt who would serve us plentiful delicious food at her table.

We had Thanksgiving dinner. Reservations required. It was awesomely, crazily busy. We had a 3:15pm reservation but couldn’t be seated until 3:45. Just watching the staff - wow, so many people rushing around at speed. When we were seated, the service was quick and professional. Despite the number of people we could still have a conversation - good acoustics, maybe because it’s broken up into rooms. The food was excellent. Definitely more than our usual budget, but we were pleasantly stuffed and took home leftovers. $69 per person (Nov 2024) and we pushed that a lot higher with our glasses of wine. Great experience. Would definitely consider going again. Next time reserve early, and as early in the day as possible to avoid the reservation stack up delays.

I had a wonderful time at Rodizio Grill. Along with their usual staple of different meats, they had turkey and all the fixings for Thanksgiving. The turkey was on a spit and the gauchos carved pieces of turkey breast. The meat was very tender and juicy. The spices and flavor upped it to another level. The rest was very good too. The hostess, gauchos, and chefs were very friendly and professional. The price was right for this type of meal. I almost 25 miles to get there and I’ll definitely go back again and enjoy the experience. Awesome job Rodizio! You made my Thanksgiving!!

Great service. Our group was seated in a good spot for a group to talk—quiet and out of the mainstream. Love their walleye dinner.
