The food as usual was outstanding. We shared the pate appetizer which was a combination of wonderful flavors and had the venison and the salmon which were terrific. A Pavlova (great) and espresso closed a great evening. This is why (deliciously innovative dishes and great service) we return to Etch. over and over.
