Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Murray Hill

Our waiter AUSTIN was exceptionally helpful. One guest was having a diabetic episode and we had to get food to him immediately. He was most helpful.

Very good. My girls and I really enjoyed our dinner here. It was fun and the band was lively.

The service was lagging but we were aware that there was a staff meeting at the time of our reservation (5P 12/24) . The available staff was attentive. Food: we ordered East Coast Oysters - fresh and delicious however minuscule . My husband had the best NY strip steak with Bearnaise sauce- ever. My third visit to Grand Brasserie- I again ordered the Lyonaise Salade without regret (and some to take home!)

Fun dinner at Knickerboacker last night. Great service and noise level is just right! Delicious steak smells came from nearby table, but we are light eaters, so we had the ckicken paillard and one of us had salmon. Both dishes were delicious, warm, and ample. The smoked salmon and potato pancake appetizer was tasty and really prepped the appetite for the main courses. Even the carbonated water had just the right amount of bubbles. We will continure to be regulars at this very comfortable eatery!

I had been curious to try Penthouse on Park for some time, and am glad that I finally did. The space is beautiful and has the loveliest views. I sat in the lounge area - it was nice and comfortable. The guacamole tostada and hummus were both delicious. The mini lobster rolls were amazing. And the chocolate chip cookie sandwich was fantastic. My sever Kevin was terrific and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
