Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Concord

Excellent service, food and ambiance. Greeted by everyone and seated immediately

A former colleague and I dine monthly either in Pleasanton (Strizzi’s) or Walnut Creek (Il Fornaio). Both are great eateries albeit quite different in size and other respects. Today was Walnut Creek. Nice meal, good wines, great appetizers, particularly the calamari. And nice entrees. Topped off with a double espresso to facilitate alert travel home. All in All, another great meal.

This was the first time I had eaten there. The food was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere is very nice. They had a couple large parties there so it was a little noisy. Definitely would go back again.

We had a wonderful meal with fantastic service. It was a crowded night, but we could still converse at our table. I’m really enjoyed the cocktails as well as the mock cocktails.

We were excited to go to Fizz having heard all about it on the Diablo Dish. The ambiance was great, we felt like we were in a Bar in France, and, comfortable. Andreas, our Server, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We don't drink a lot of Champagne, but we very much enjoyed our Tasting and learned a couple things, also, the Food was more than I expected and our appetizer was great. I would say as an fyi, it is pricey and they do oversell their Memberships a bit. We plan to go back and try more.
