Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Ballwin

We were delighted with the exceptional food we enjoyed at Madrina! The appetizer of ricotta cheese, toasted bread and honey sounded simple, but was so delicious. We also enjoyed our entrees, a pasta with shrimp, artichokes, and tasty cream sauce, and pollo Marsala. Both entrees were outstanding. Our server was pleasant and helpful, offering a taste of the wine before we ordered it. The service all evening was great. We can’t wait to go back!

Our server, Rachel was spectacular very attentive and on time with everything. My wife loved her pasta, vodka Al forno, Thought it had a little too much cheese, and not enough sauce, other than that it was great. I had the seafood pasta special very good but not enough seafood in my opinion only five clams and five shrimp. The coal fired bread service was excellent butter was spectacular. Table next to us had a couple of pizzas. They looked phenomenal. We will definitely be back 

A fine dining experience worth the time and expense. Large, diverse menu with many daily specials, excellent extensive wine list, great cocktails, excellent food. We eat at Annie Gunns twice per month for date night and the experience is always enjoyable and something we always look forward to.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Twisted Tree for the last two nights. Both experiences were pleasurable with good friends and delicious food. The servers and all the wait staff are kind, knowledgeable and quick to take care of their customers. The food has always been perfect. From salad to our meals everyone raves about their experience. I highly recommend everyone give Twisted Tree their business!

Overall good but slow table service and a longer than expected wait for ordered food selections.
